Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Jasify, including Jasify Workspace, Jasify Marketplace, AI workers, workflows, beta programs, websites, connected integrations, subscriptions, credits, and related services.

By using Jasify, you agree to these Terms.

If you are using Jasify on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company or organization to these Terms.

Jasify is an AI Workspace and Marketplace.

Jasify Workspace allows users to:

• Build AI workflows
• Use AI workers
• Upload and organize business knowledge
• Use Company Brain
• Run workflow automations
• Generate outputs
• Connect approved third-party tools
• Store results in Data Centre features

Jasify Marketplace allows users to:

• Discover AI workers, tools, services, and AI-powered products
• Buy or subscribe to AI workers
• Sell or list AI-powered offerings as a vendor
• Use third-party powered AI workers
• Access Marketplace add-ons

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create security risk, abuse the platform, or misuse Jasify.

You are responsible for all content, documents, prompts, files, connected account data, CRM data, calendar data, customer data, lead data, personal information, and other information you upload, connect, submit, or process through Jasify.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, permissions, consents, and lawful basis to use that information with Jasify.

You must not upload or process information through Jasify if doing so would violate law, confidentiality obligations, privacy obligations, employment obligations, contracts, intellectual property rights, or third-party rights.

Jasify uses AI to generate outputs, recommendations, summaries, drafts, analyses, workflow results, and other content.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, outdated, or unsuitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, approving, and deciding whether to use any AI output.

Jasify does not provide legal, medical, financial, accounting, tax, investment, employment, compliance, or other regulated professional advice. Any output related to those topics is for informational purposes only and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use.

You should not rely on Jasify as your sole source of truth for important business, legal, financial, medical, compliance, or safety decisions.

Some AI workers may create, send, publish, schedule, post, update, call, message, scrape, or interact with external platforms.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any workflow that takes external action. Jasify may require manual approval for certain actions, but you remain responsible for how workflows are configured and used.

You must comply with the terms and policies of any external platform connected to Jasify.

You agree not to use Jasify to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Upload content you do not have rights to use
• Process personal data without proper authority
• Scrape websites or platforms in violation of their terms or applicable law
• Send spam, phishing, scams, or deceptive messages
• Generate malware, exploit code, or harmful instructions
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others
• Create or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Bypass security, rate limits, payment systems, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse Jasify systems
• Use Jasify to compete unfairly or extract proprietary platform data
• Overload, disrupt, or abuse Jasify infrastructure
• Use Marketplace workers in a way that violates vendor terms
• Use AI outputs in high-risk settings without human review

Jasify may investigate and suspend accounts that violate acceptable use rules.

Jasify may offer free plans, paid plans, beta access, subscriptions, credit packs, Marketplace purchases, and worker subscriptions.

Credits are used to run AI workers, workflows, and certain Marketplace features.

Credits are not money, stored value, currency, or a bank balance. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly required by law or stated in writing by Jasify.

Jasify may change credit pricing, worker pricing, plan limits, included credits, or plan features with notice where required. Unused credits may be subject to plan rules, expiration rules, or account closure rules.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another authorized payment processor.

By purchasing a subscription, credit pack, worker, or Marketplace listing, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

You are responsible for taxes, fees, and charges associated with your purchases unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions may be managed through the Stripe customer portal or another billing interface.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Completed AI worker runs are non-refundable.
• Failed worker runs may be refunded in credits where the failure is caused by a platform or worker-side technical issue.
• User-requested reruns count as new runs.
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Marketplace purchases may be subject to additional vendor-specific terms.

Jasify may offer beta, preview, early-access, or experimental features.

Beta features may be incomplete, unstable, limited, watermarked, changed, suspended, or removed at any time. Jasify does not guarantee that beta features will become generally available.

Beta users may be asked to provide feedback. Jasify may use feedback to improve the product.

When you buy, subscribe to, or use a Marketplace worker, tool, service, or product, you understand that some offerings may be provided by third-party vendors.

Marketplace workers may process your prompts, files, workflow inputs, or outputs through vendor-controlled systems, APIs, or webhooks.

Jasify is not responsible for vendor-controlled systems except where required by law or explicitly agreed in writing. You are responsible for reviewing vendor descriptions, pricing, terms, limitations, and outputs before use.

If you sell or list through Jasify Marketplace, you agree that:

• You have the right to sell, license, or provide your offering.
• Your listing must be accurate and not misleading.
• Your worker, API, webhook, service, or product must perform substantially as described.
• You are responsible for your own API costs, infrastructure, support, legal compliance, and data handling unless otherwise agreed.
• You must not include hidden fees, malicious code, deceptive claims, or unlawful functionality.
• You must handle user data only as necessary to provide the worker or service.
• You must comply with applicable privacy, data protection, intellectual property, consumer protection, and platform rules.
• Jasify may remove, suspend, reject, or modify listings that violate rules or create risk.
• Jasify may withhold payouts for fraud, disputes, chargebacks, refunds, abuse, policy violations, or investigation.

Vendor payout terms, revenue splits, platform fees, and credit shares may be defined in a separate vendor agreement, listing agreement, or Marketplace policy.

You retain ownership of content you upload to Jasify, subject to the rights you grant us to operate, process, store, display, transmit, and use that content to provide Jasify.

You grant Jasify a limited license to process your content as needed to provide the service, including AI workflows, storage, retrieval, connected integrations, support, debugging, billing, and security.

Jasify owns or licenses the platform, software, interface, design, workflows, worker infrastructure, branding, and related technology.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse Jasify except as allowed by these Terms.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or feature requests, you allow Jasify to use them without restriction or compensation.

Jasify integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, Google, HubSpot, Unipile, Firecrawl, Make.com, WooCommerce, Dokan, AI providers, and vendor systems.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Jasify is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Jasify aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.

Features may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued.

Jasify is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that:

• AI outputs will be accurate
• Workflows will produce specific business results
• Marketplace workers will meet your expectations
• Leads, sales, revenue, rankings, traffic, or growth will improve
• Third-party services will remain available
• The platform will be free of errors, delays, or interruptions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jasify will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or lost opportunities.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jasify from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of Jasify
• Your content
• Your connected account data
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of law
• Your violation of third-party rights
• Your Marketplace listing or vendor offering
• Your misuse of AI outputs

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay fees, misuse the platform, or use Jasify unlawfully.

You may stop using Jasify at any time and may request account deletion. Some records may be retained where required for billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, compliance, or legal obligations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada, unless a different venue is required by law in your jurisdiction.
