Jasify is an AI Workspace and Marketplace that helps users build workflows, use AI workers, manage business knowledge, and discover or sell AI-powered tools, services, and workers.
This Privacy Policy explains how Jasify collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information when you use our websites, products, services, workspace, marketplace, AI workers, beta programs, and related features.
Jasify includes two main parts:
- Jasify Workspace — where users build workflows, upload business knowledge, connect tools, and use AI workers.
- Jasify Marketplace — where users can discover, buy, sell, or access AI workers, tools, services, and AI-powered products.

Jasify is operated by the team behind jasify.com. The final legal entity name, registered business address, and country of incorporation will be confirmed and published on this page.

3. Information we collect
We collect information in several ways depending on how you use Jasify.
Account and identity information
When you create an account or sign in, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Login method
- Profile information
- Account settings
- User role
- Plan type
- Credit balance
- Seat count
- Storage usage
- Vendor profile information if you register as a seller
If you sign in using Google OAuth, Google may provide basic account information such as your email address and profile information.
Passwords are handled by Supabase Auth. Jasify does not see or store your plaintext password.
Billing and payment information
Jasify uses Stripe to process payments. We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or complete payment card details.
We may store payment-related records such as:
- Stripe customer ID
- Subscription ID
- Payment status
- Order history
- Credit purchases
- Credit ledger activity
- Marketplace purchases
- Worker subscriptions
- Vendor payout information
- Refund and failed-run records
Company Brain and user content
When you use Jasify Workspace, you may upload, paste, create, or generate business content, including documents, text, files, notes, workflow prompts, AI worker instructions, Company Brain content, Data Centre entries, workflow outputs, assistant chat messages, executive briefings, department summaries, canonical facts, workflow node outputs, and run history and logs.
This content may include business information, confidential information, personal information, customer data, employee data, lead data, or third-party information depending on what you choose to upload or connect.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload, connect, process, or share any information you place into Jasify.
Connected account data
If you connect third-party accounts, Jasify may access and process data from those accounts to power specific workers or workflows. This may include:
- Gmail messages, threads, labels, and metadata (read, send, modify) when you connect Gmail
- Google Calendar events, attendees, and meeting information
- HubSpot contacts, companies, deals, notes, and tasks
- LinkedIn connection-related data through Unipile
- CRM or communication data used by connected workers
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize Jasify to access and process the data required to provide the connected feature. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis and all necessary rights to connect accounts that contain personal information about other people.
Google user data and Limited Use
Jasify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, Google user data obtained via Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google sign-in is:
- Used only to provide or improve the specific user-facing features you connected (for example, reading, drafting, sending, or organizing your own email; scheduling calendar events; authenticating your account).
- Not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve those features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with user notice.
- Not used for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
- Not used or transferred to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- Not read by humans unless we have your explicit consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and used for internal operations in line with the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke Jasify's access to your Google account at any time from your Jasify connections settings or from your Google Account permissions page.
Marketplace and vendor data
If you use Jasify Marketplace, we may collect and process:
- Listings and reviews
- Listing views and cart activity
- Marketplace purchases
- Vendor profile and payout data
- AI worker usage, performance, and revenue records
- Coupons and discounts
- Vendor announcements and links
Some Marketplace workers may be powered by third-party vendors. When you use those workers, relevant workflow inputs may be shared with the vendor or their connected systems to complete the requested worker run.
Beta, waitlist, and feedback data
If you join a waitlist, beta program, tradeshow signup, or feedback program, we may collect your name, email, company name, role, feedback comments, star ratings, feature requests, beta usage data, meeting preferences, and responses submitted through forms.
Email and communication data

- Bounce and complaint status
- Transactional email logs
- Support messages and meeting requests
Transactional emails — receipts, account notices, security notices, run failure alerts, and service-related updates — may still be sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails.

- Workflow run status, credit cost, timestamps, request metadata
Some of this information may be processed by hosting, infrastructure, authentication, and security providers.

We use information to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Authenticate users
- Provide Jasify Workspace and Jasify Marketplace
- Run AI workers and workflows
- Store and retrieve Company Brain content
- Generate workflow outputs
- Connect to user-approved third-party tools
- Process payments and subscriptions
- Track credits and worker usage
- Manage vendor payouts
- Provide beta access and collect feedback
- Send transactional emails
- Send product updates or marketing emails where allowed
- Improve product functionality
- Detect abuse, fraud, or security issues
- Debug errors and improve reliability

5. AI processing and model providers
Jasify uses AI models to power workflows, AI workers, summaries, recommendations, content generation, research, and other features.
Depending on the workflow or worker, Jasify may send relevant information to AI model providers through the Lovable AI Gateway, including user prompts, uploaded files, pasted text, workflow inputs, retrieved Company Brain context, connected account data used by a worker, outputs from previous workflow steps, and images, documents, or other files uploaded for AI processing.
Jasify may use model providers such as OpenAI and Google Gemini through the Lovable AI Gateway.
We do not use customer content to train Jasify-owned AI models. AI processing is used to generate outputs requested by users.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before using, publishing, sending, relying on, or acting on them.
6. Third-party processors and sub-processors
Jasify uses third-party providers to operate the service. These may include:
- Lovable Cloud / Supabase for database, authentication, storage, and edge functions
- Vercel for web hosting and content delivery
- Stripe for payments, subscriptions, billing portal, and payment webhooks
- Lovable AI Gateway for AI routing
- OpenAI for AI inference
- Google Gemini for AI inference
- Google OAuth and Google Calendar API for sign-in and calendar features
- HubSpot OAuth and HubSpot CRM API for CRM features
- Unipile for LinkedIn connector functionality
- Firecrawl for website scraping and ingestion
- Make.com for webhook automations used by certain workers
- WooCommerce and Dokan endpoints for marketplace product sync
- InteractMet and Webvox for certain worker-specific functionality
- Email delivery providers used through Lovable transactional email pipelines
These providers process information only as needed to provide Jasify features, infrastructure, payments, AI processing, communication, or connected integrations.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Jasify does not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
We may store limited payment and subscription metadata, such as:
- Customer ID
- Subscription ID
- Payment status
- Purchase history
- Credit ledger activity
- Marketplace purchase records
- Vendor payout records
9. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.
- Account profile and authentication data: kept until account closure
- Company Brain documents and embeddings: kept until deleted by the user or account closure
- Generated outputs and workflow artifacts: kept until deleted by the user or account closure
- Workflow run logs: retained for up to 90 days
- Billing, tax, orders, credits, and payout records: retained for up to 7 years to meet legal and accounting obligations
- Email suppression records: kept as needed to respect opt-outs and prevent sending to suppressed addresses
- Backups: retained according to infrastructure provider defaults
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete your personal information
- Export your personal information
- Object to certain processing
- Restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing depends on consent
- Disconnect third-party accounts
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails
- Lodge a complaint with a privacy authority

11. Account deletion and connected accounts
You can delete certain content directly in the product. You can also disconnect supported OAuth providers such as Google and HubSpot.
If your account is deleted, associated profile data, workflows, documents, and related user content may be deleted or deactivated according to our data retention practices, except where retention is required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, billing, dispute, or compliance reasons.
12. International transfers
Jasify and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including Canada, the United States, and other locations where our providers operate.
Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, data processing agreements, or standard contractual clauses.
13. Children
Jasify is intended for business users and is not designed for children. Users must be at least 18 years old to use Jasify.
14. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we may notify users through the product, by email, or by posting an updated version on our website.
