Data Extractor

The Data Extractor retrieves information from any document, text, or company brain and returns clean, structured facts. It extracts specific data types including names, numbers, dates, decisions, action items, quotes, and key metrics, then organizes them as bullet points or tables grouped by logical categories. Every extraction includes source citations, so you can trace every fact back to its original location. The bot also flags conflicting information within the same document or across multiple sources and surfaces them for human review. Before the extracted data is passed to other workers in your Jasify workflow, DocuTect AI grades every extraction across three dimensions: Accuracy, Security, and Coverage. Only extractions that meet your configured thresholds (e.g., Accuracy > 90%, Security = "Safe", Coverage > 80%) are passed downstream to workers in your workflow. Failed extractions can be flagged, logged, or routed for human review.
