How It Works

Discovery and Intranet Design. We assess your M365 environment and conduct two discovery sessions — one to define the Safe Zone curation strategy, and one dedicated to designing your departmental intranet: channel structure, library organization, navigation, and permission groups. You sign off on the design before we build anything.

Content Curation. We guide your Zone Steward through identifying your 200–300 most authoritative documents using our four-criteria evaluation framework. Your team selects and tags. We verify and approve. No files are moved or deleted from existing systems.

Safe Zone and Intranet Build. We create the SharePoint Team Site per your signed-off specification, configure the Microsoft 365 Group and Teams workspace, build the Safe Zone document library, deploy the Foundations Library and light sync automation, and construct the departmental intranet pages. Everything is built to your design, not to a generic template.

Training and Handoff. We deliver three live Zone Training sessions covering Copilot use, stewardship and governance, and the Teams workspace and intranet — then hand off a fully operational environment with all training recorded and embedded for ongoing reference.
