Welcome to Jasify, the AI Marketplace.

By accessing or using Jasify.com (referred to as “Jasify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the site.

These Terms apply to all users, including vendors, buyers, and visitors.

1. Marketplace Overview

Jasify is an online marketplace that enables vendors to list, promote, and sell AI related tools, services, and solutions.
Unless otherwise stated, Jasify does not own, produce, or directly sell third party listings on the platform. Vendors are the sellers of their products or services and are solely responsible for their delivery, accuracy, and legality.
Jasify acts only as a neutral intermediary that connects buyers and vendors and facilitates transactions.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities under your account.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and current information during registration.
• Keep your account details up to date.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Jasify reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that provides false information or violates these Terms.

3. Vendor Subscriptions

Vendors must select a subscription plan to list products or services on Jasify.
The first 100 approved vendors will receive their subscription free of charge during the early launch phase. These vendors will not be billed.
After the initial 100 vendors or once billing begins, new vendors must subscribe to a paid plan. Free trials may also be offered from time to time.
Once billing begins, all subscriptions are non refundable, as stated in our Refund and Returns Policy. Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time to stop future billing cycles.
Vendors are also responsible for:
• Paying all applicable fees on time once billing begins.
• Ensuring listings meet our content and quality standards.
• Complying with applicable consumer protection and advertising laws.

4. Product Listings

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and presentation of their listings.
Jasify reserves the right to review, approve, or remove listings that:
• Contain false or misleading information
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Violate our content or quality standards
We may temporarily or permanently remove listings at our discretion without notice.

5. Refunds and Disputes

All purchases on Jasify are considered final unless the vendor clearly states otherwise in their listing.
Buyers are encouraged to review product descriptions, media, and FAQs before completing a purchase.
If you encounter an issue:
• Contact the vendor directly to request assistance or resolution.
• If no resolution is reached, you may contact support@jasify.com, and we may mediate at our discretion.
Jasify is not a party to transactions between buyers and vendors and does not guarantee the performance of any vendor.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Jasify for any activity that is:
• Illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent
• Intended to harm other users, Jasify, or third parties
• Involving spam, data scraping, or unauthorized data collection
• Related to AI tools that promote harm, discrimination, or misinformation
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user or listing that violates these restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, trademarks, and software on Jasify.com are the exclusive property of Jasify or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
Vendors retain ownership of their listings and grant Jasify a limited license to display and promote their content within the marketplace.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jasify provides this platform as is and as available. We do our best to keep it secure, reliable, and functional, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasify, its owners, employees, and partners are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your use of the platform. This includes lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions.
If any issue or claim arises, our total liability to you will never exceed the total amount of fees you have paid to Jasify within the three months before the event that caused the issue.

9. Indemnification

By using Jasify, you agree to protect and hold harmless Jasify, its owners, employees, and partners from any claim, damage, or expense that results from your actions or content on the platform.
This includes situations where a vendor’s listing violates someone else’s rights, misleads users, or breaches any law.
If your activity causes a dispute or loss for Jasify, you are responsible for covering the related costs and legal fees.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or used the platform in a harmful or unlawful way.
In some cases, access may also be limited or removed due to inactivity, unresolved disputes, or failure to comply with payment obligations.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting support@jasify.com.
Termination of your account does not affect any outstanding fees or obligations that existed before the termination date.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
Any dispute or claim related to your use of Jasify will be handled exclusively by the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
By using this platform, you agree that this location and these laws will apply to any matter involving Jasify.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms when necessary to reflect new features, regulations, or operational changes.
When updates are made, the date at the top of this page will show the latest version.
By continuing to use Jasify after updates are posted, you agree to follow the revised Terms.
