Refund and Returns Policy

Welcome to Jasify.
Because Jasify operates as a digital marketplace where independent vendors sell AI tools, services, and solutions, all purchases made through the platform are considered final unless otherwise stated by the vendor. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and disputes are handled for both buyers and vendors.
1. For Buyers
All products and services listed on Jasify are digital and non returnable. We encourage all buyers to carefully review product descriptions, media, and FAQs before purchasing.
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
• The vendor clearly offers a refund policy in the product listing.
• The product or service was misrepresented or failed to be delivered as described.
If you experience a technical issue or believe a listing is misleading:
• Contact the vendor directly to request assistance or clarification.
• If the vendor does not respond or the issue remains unresolved, contact support@jasify.com and our team may review and mediate the situation at our discretion.
Please note that Jasify acts only as a platform provider. Vendors are the official sellers and are responsible for handling refunds for their own products or services.
2. For Vendors
As a vendor on Jasify, you are responsible for clearly communicating your own refund or cancellation terms in each product or service listing.
You agree to:
• Accurately describe your product or service and set fair refund conditions.
• Respond to buyer inquiries and disputes in a timely manner.
• Comply with applicable consumer protection and digital goods laws in your region.
If a dispute arises and Jasify determines that a listing was misleading or not delivered as promised, we reserve the right to pause or remove that listing, temporarily withhold vendor payments, or suspend vendor access until the issue is resolved.
3. Vendor Subscriptions
Vendor subscription fees are non refundable once the free or trial period ends and billing begins.
Vendors may cancel their subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles. Cancellation takes effect immediately, but listings remain active until the end of the current paid period.
4. Mediation and Dispute Resolution
Jasify may, at its discretion, help mediate disputes between buyers and vendors. However, Jasify is not obligated to provide refunds on behalf of vendors and is not legally responsible for third party transactions.
We aim to maintain a fair environment and may take appropriate action when necessary to protect both buyers and vendors.
5. Governing Law
This Refund and Returns Policy is governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute related to payments or refunds will be handled exclusively by the courts located in Montreal, Quebec.
